3.3.1) City Government Services.
There are four incorporated cities in Yolo County: Davis, West
Sacramento, Winters, and Woodland.
3.3.1.1) Davis.

3.3.1.2) West Sacramento.
While West Sacramento is located in Yolo County, it is typically
considered by outsiders to be a part of the Sacramento community and
is not even listed in the Yolo County Phone Book; local residents,
however, have pointed out to me that West Sacramento is a rural
community that has much more in common with other communities in Yolo
