1303) How to send mail to my friends at...?
1. HKU (http://www.hku.hk)
======
There're several domain names in HKU's network.
Older users will have their accounts in @hkuxa.hku.hk and @hkuxb.hku.hk.
Newer users will have their accounts in @hkusua.hku.hk and @hkusub.hku.hk.
- Users in these networks will have their university number plus a "h" in
front as their login ID. eg. "h9103642@hkuxa.hku.hk" or
"h9201234@hkusub.hku.hk".
Computer science students have extra accounts at @csd.hku.hk.
Engineering students have extra accounts in @hkueee.hku.hk.
HKU staff have @hkucc.hku.hk, eg. "cmmak@hkucc.hku.hk".
Besides, the finger servers at HKU have been disabled meanwhile, ie. you
cannot finger your friend from outside HKU network. And even users in
different domains within HKU network can't finger users in other HKU
domains.
Therefore, you need to know at least the university number of your
friend (if (s)he's a student) to send him/her an email.
If you have problem sending mail to HKU, try contacting
"postmaster@csd.hku.hk".
2. CUHK (http://www.cuhk.hk)

The easy way is to look up the person who you want to send mail to by:
finger "names of person"@ns.cuhk.hk
or
finger "names of person"@cuhk.hk
e.g. finger "so and so"@ns.cuhk.hk (remember to use the double quote)
To reach the Computer Science dept, you can use "person@cs.cuhk.hk".
If you have problem sending mail to CU, please contact
"postmaster@cuhk.hk".
3. HKUST (http://www.ust.hk)

<username>@uxmail.ust.hk ! Unix accounts (Internet)
If you have problem sending mail to HKUST, please contact
