NOTES ON INSTALLATION
=====================
First install the drive with the components side to the bottom.
Connect the system power and interface cables to the drive
connectors. Both connectors are keyed and can only be connected one
way. The interface connector may not be keyed. In this case check
if the red edge of the interface cable is connected to the pin 1 of
the drive connector.
After installing the hardware please turn on your computer system
and run the setup program. The setup setting is "drive not
installed". The SCSI interface accepts up to seven drives. For a
dual or more drives installation set the SCSI ID. In order to install
DOS please run the DOS program FDISK and Format C:/s.

Caution: SCSI drives don't need a low level format. If a new low
level format become neccessary, please run only qualified programs
for SCSI devices or the internal low level program of SCSI host
adapters (i.e. Adaptec AHA1540).
