use 'Bruce Campbell' (qv), and having editor 'Kaye Davis' (qv) and composer
'Joseph LoDuca' (qv) removed by the producers.
- DIRTRADE(Sam Raimi): [3-stooges]: many, including the bowling balls
rolling off the shelf onto the man's head.
