* Ingredients:

1 head lettuce, finely chopped

1 onion, large and finely chopped

1 bell pepper, finely chopped

1 head cauliflower, finely chopped

1 pkg. frozen peas, uncooked

2 c. low-fat mayonnaise

2 t. sugar

1 pkg. Italian salad dressing mix

1 jar bacon bits

1 pkg. (12 oz.) low-fat Cheddar cheese, grated

* Directions:

Put in order listed, cover with aluminum foil, let stand at least
24 hours. It keeps well several days in the refrigerator. Nothing
is mixed, just layered.
