170 Tablesaws and their warranties

Like many people in this group, I have tablesaw questions. I am thinking
about getting a tablesaw and am curious about how significant warranty
periods are. I have a small garage and need a saw I can move around but
I also want one that is sturdy and will last a long time. I figure that I
need some sort of contractors saw. I have looked at the Delta, Ryobi BT3000,
Grizzly, and AMT. Because of price and possitive opions in this group, I am
leaning towards the Grizzly. However, the AMT appears to be of similar
quality but they offer a 10 year parts warranty compared with the Grizzly 1
year warranty. What are peoples opinions on this. Also, what do you guys
think of the AMT brand. Any other opinions on contractor size tablesaws are
appreciated.
