I purchased the BT 3000 several months ago and have been very
pleased with the performance. I can't compare it to other saws
since this is my first TS. It seems to have good power and I
love the versatility. The sliding miter table is wonderful and
the ability to slide the tables around and extend the rails to
one side make handling large pieces even easier. Although you
can't use the typical T-slot devices, I have found that I can
make jigs etc that perform the same functions and more. More
on that if requested. I felt the price was right and I'm
still satisfied. Hope this helps.
