This piercing can be very stimulating as the jewelry rubs against the
glans.
Initial jewelry: Captive bead rings in 12 to 10 gauge and 1/2" to 5/8"
in diameter; the diameter of the ring should be at least 1/8" wider
than the width of the piercing when the foreskin is retracted. A ring
which is too small in diameter will constrict the piercing and cause
the piercing to migrate and scar.
