Your Thoughts

Your thoughts are seeds of energy waiting to be expressed,
if felt through love, they can be gentle like a caress.
But thoughts can also rage, uncontrolled like fire,
that must be extinguished by peaceful calm desire.

Your thoughts can set you free or chain you to despair,
always temper these with unrelenting care.
Because your thoughts are power that generate an action,
be very conscious how you demonstrate reaction.

For thoughts can be destructive, just like a bomb,
it doesn't take too much and it doesn't take too long.
So try to change your thoughts to something that holds true,
which resonates deeply, to your soul inside of you.

And if your thoughts run wild, they cannot be ignored,
soon they'll take over, something you can't afford.
This may lead to depression, illness or disease,
it's all negative energy that must be put at ease.

Your thoughts must join each level of your personal being,
harmonizing your soul and personality it's fleeing.
Your thoughts can then express their joy, in every way,
feeling lasting peace and balance every day.

Your thoughts can change your attitude,
positively expanding latitude.
And once your thoughts no longer can deceive,
rejoice in the blessings that will be received,

For your thoughts can inspire, uplifting you to heights,
realizing each goal is solid within sight.
But this will only transpire after taking command,
then choose to live with spirit, once you take your stand.
