2.11.11.1The Olympic Athletes' Representative must be at least 21
years old and will be elected by and from among those players who have
represented the USATT in the Olympic or Pan American Games within the
previous ten years. All players who have represented the USATT in the
Olympic or Pan American Games within the previous ten years,
regardless of age, will be eligible to vote for this position.
2.11.11.2Candidates for Olympic Athletes' Representative will be
nominated by those eligible to vote for this office per
By-Law2.11.11.1.
2.11.11.3The USATT Olympic Committee will send nomination forms to the
eligible voters by June15.
2.11.11.4Each voter may nominate up to three candidates. The top
three who are willing to serve will be placed on the ballot for a
general election by the voters of By-Law2.11.11.1. All nominations
must be received before July30.
2.11.11.5The USATT Olympic Committee will arrange secret voting and
will mail ballots containing the names of all candidates and a space
for a write- in vote to all eligible voters by September15.
2.11.11.6The ballots will be returned by mail to the Chairman of the
USATT Olympic Committee by November1.
2.11.11.7These ballots will be counted by the USATT Olympic Committee
by November5.
2.11.11.8The person who receives the largest plurality vote will
become the Olympic Athletes' Representative for the next four years as
of January1, 1992.
2.11.11.9In the event of a tie vote, the E.C. will determine the
winner by majority vote.
