3.6: Can the State be a crime victim?


The state, like a corporation, is another soul-less
abstraction, an artificial person. There are many
such things: charitable trusts, incorporated
churches, 501c3 non-profit corporations,
universities, etc.

Only natural living things with eyes and a brain are
born free, and can suffer injury, and thus be
crime victims.
