A#4.5: Whichever one you want. Many editors work under GNO. Some
of the more popular ones are emacs (MicroEMACS), vi (Stevie),
ORCA/Editor, Edit-16, and Rose.
Many of these editors cannot be suspended from the shell. Some
have the "eating keystrokes" problem (see Q#14.1).
