03.017 Is it really necessary to increase board voltage to do a TWGS/ZipGS speedup?

         With the new 14 MHz parts, you should not need to mess with the voltage at
all. It may be necessary to increase voltage at 15-16MHz and will likely be
necessary at higher frequencies (e.g. 20MHz).
