Description

This article is from the AmiTCP/IP FAQ, by Mike Meyer with numerous contributions by others.

8.1: I think I found a bug in AmiTCP. What should I do?

Check it in the c.s.a.networking newsgroup <news:comp.sys.amiga.networking> before taking it to the authors; make sure they spend their time working on our beloved AmiTCP, rather than repeatedly answering the same questions by mail.

Then once you are SURE that it is a bug and you can reproduce it several times mail the AmiTCP bugs list <mailto:Amitcp-bugs@hut.fi> giving as much information regarding your hardware and software setup as possible, with an accurate description of the bug and the steps needed to take show the bug's performance ;-)
