2.7. Are there any other utilities for fiddling with MS-DOS floppies?

The best of the bunch is Emmet P. Gray's Mtools package, which is available on OSU. The utilities in this package allow one to copy files, delete files, rename files, make directories, format disks, etc. The 2.0 version of Mtools also supports the C:, D:, etc. drive partitions of the DOS-73 emulator.
