4B-10: If I use WFWG V3.11 RAS to connect to a NTAS V3.5server can I use telnet and FTP?

No, the WFWG V3.11 RAS uses the NETBEUI protocol and does
not support the TCP/IP protocol.

You can use Peter Tattam's Trumpet Winsock which supports
slip and ppp.
