* Ingredients:

1 c. small white beans

½ t. salt

1 c. diced raw potatoes

1 c. sliced raw carrots

1 c. sliced celery

1 large onion, chopped and sautéed in 2 T. oil

1 green pepper, chopped

4 t. chicken seasoning

1 small zucchini, sliced

½ c. elbow macaroni

1 lb. can tomatoes

1 t. dried oregano leaves

Salt to taste

* Directions:

Cook beans with ½ t. salt. Measure beans and liquid and add enough
water to make 6 cups. Add potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, pepper,
and chicken seasoning; bring to boil and cook 10 minutes. Add
remaining ingredients and cook for 10 minutes more.
