Crunchy Green Beans With Herbs

* Ingredients:

1 pound fresh green beans

1 teaspoon salt

1½ cups water

½ cup chopped red bell
pepper

¼ cup finely minced onion

½ teaspoon marjoram

¼ teaspoon crushed
rosemary

* Directions:

Rinse beans and snip off
ends. Toss with salt. Bring water to a boil. Place green
beans in a steamer and place over boiling water. Cover and
steam for 3-4 minutes or until beans are tender, but not
overcooked--they should be crunchy. Mix beans and
remaining ingredients together in a large serving
bowl. Serve hot.
