1 cup margarine
Health Insight 2 cups dark brown sugar
1/2 cup egg whites

1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 cup chopped walnuts
* Directions:
Cream margarine and brown
sugar. Slowly add egg
whites and vanilla. Add
rest of the ingredients and
mix until well combined.
Filling
* Ingredients:
2 pints blueberries, picked
through
3/4 sugar
1/3 flour
* Directions:
Toss blueberries lightly
with sugar and flour. Place
in oblong baking dish. Top
with oat mixture. Bake at
350° for 45 minutes.
