* Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple juice
2 teaspoons small pearl tapioca
1 cup sliced bananas or grapes
1 cup cubed oranges
1 cup cubed pineapple
½ cup shredded coconut
* Directions:
Cook juice and tapioca together until tapioca is clear, stirring
constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients and
chill.
