Multi-Grain Bread

Yields: 5 Loaves

Calories: 123

Protein: 4 g

Carbohydrate: 21 g

Fat: 3 g

Sodium: 300 mg

* Ingredients:

6 c. hot water

1/2 c. oil

2/3 c. honey

1 1/2 c. oatmeal

1/2 c. cornmeal

1 c. rye flour

1/2 c. soy flour

2 T. high gluten flour

2 T. salt

3 level T. yeast

Whole wheat flour

* Directions:

Combine the first 9 ingredients and add the yeast to this mixture
as the temperature becomes warm. Add enough whole wheat flour to
make the right consistency. Knead by hand or machine and bake at
350°F for 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the oven.
