* Ingredients:
1 quart soy milk
1½ tablespoons toasted carob powder
1½ tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon almond extract
pinch salt
* Directions:
Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Warm over medium
heat, stirring frequently. May also be served cold. Yields 1 quart.
