1 lb Processed Cheese
1 cn Chili w/o Beans; small
10 oz RO*TEL Tomato w/Green Chili
1 lb Pork Sausage
Brown sausage. Melt cheese with RO*TEL Tomatoes and Green Chilies, add chili and sausage. Heat and mix thoroughly.
Serve with corn chips. This recipe was contributed by Dorothy Dietz of Schertz, Texas to the book "Snake, Rattle, and RO*TEL".
