2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup white sugar
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 TBSP canola oil
1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg
1 TBSP vanilla
1 cup chopped black walnuts
In a mixer add all ingredients--beat slowly until mixed, then beat on medium speed for
2 minutes. Grease a bread loaf pan. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake at 350
degrees for 55-60 minutes. Test with a toothpick for doneness.
