64 Belt/Disc Sander questions

I am in the market for a floor-model table sander (finally!), and
before I go and order the one in the Grizzley catalog I wanted to
check around for others of a similar quality or price. The one I am
considering is the 6"x48" belt with the 9" disc (model G1014) for
$195. Cost and functionality (tilt tables, floor model, etc) are the
basic criteria I have to work with although size and quality are also
important. I will be using it for light woodworking projects
frequently and an occasional (once a year) major project (furniture).
I work primarily with local hardwoods, particularly oak and maple
(some rock maple). If anyone knows of other sanders that fit these
criteria I'd be interested in hearing about them. I am also
interested in comments on this model (good or bad). Thanks.
