I just bought the Mikita sander last week. I really like it. It's
small, light and effective. Very easy to handle. I bought it on
recommendation from a hardwood store where it is used commercially.

I did have one problem with it (just my ignorance). The jaws holding
the sandpaper didn't open very much and it was very difficult to
add new sandpaper. That was until I realized I was never opening them
all the way. It feels like they're all the way open (gets hard moving
the wire) but there is still more to go... I sure was glad when I
figured that out. Changing paper went from a 15 minute ordeal down
to less than one.
