I have a Jet copy of the Delta 14" saw. I too looked at the price difference
and chose to go with the Jet. My experience was that the Jet castings were not
as well finished as the Delta. Also, the instructions for the Jet could have
been better, but not impossible if you just use common sense to fill in the
gaps/vague areas. Good luck in your decision.
