51 Good Having Kids Answer
I just had to add this to this.
For months when I pick up the boys in the evening, I always
make a point of asking how the day was, what they did, etc.
Well, this week Alex has taken to being first with
"Mom, How was your day?" or "did you have a good day".
Makes me smile no matter what the day was like.
The first time he did this to his dad, dad melted.
He also has taken to telling us "have a good day" as we leave
or "don't be long" when we leave the room.
