2f. Using Attributions And Quotes
If you are publicly responding to someone else's post, please
include the name and email address of the person you are referring to,
as well as an appropriate amount of their post to which you are
responding.
Rules 2e and 2f can be summed up with: "Please quote the relevant part,
and ONLY the relevant part, of the post to which you are replying".
